Job summary we are seeking a dynamic and dedicated snow to join our outdoor maintenance team! in this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal and winter landscape maintenance across various properties.

Job Detail
- Operate snow plows, shovels, blowers, and other power tools to clear snow and ice from roads, sidewalks, parking lots, and walkways efficiently.
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, and salt spreaders to assist with snow removal and ice mitigation.
- Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety standards.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming trees, pruning shrubs, and caring for lawns during non-winter seasons.
- Execute landscaping projects such as installing hardscape features like patios or walkways when weather permits.
- Conduct routine irrigation system checks and repairs to support healthy plant growth in the warmer months.
- Assist with general gardening duties including planting flowers, mulching beds, and maintaining horticultural health.
- Support tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removing hazardous branches safely using appropriate tools like chainsaws or pole saws.
- Keep detailed records of work performed, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all outdoor areas are maintained to high standards year-round.
- Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care equipment, power tools, excavators, or similar machinery.
- Hands-on experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of snow plowing techniques and safety procedures for winter storm response.
- Familiarity with landscaping practices including hardscape installation and tree trimming.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively in various outdoor conditions.
- Experience working with irrigation systems or horticulture practices is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform strenuous tasks outdoors for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocols.
- Valid driver’s license preferred. experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators is advantageous but not required.
