Join our snow removal team– hiring heavy equipment operators!we are seeking experienced heavy equipment operators, including front-end loader operators and operators of other heavy machinery, to assist with snow removal and keep our community safe this winter.

$30 – $40 an hour

Career Achievements is required

• Operate heavy machinery, including Front-End Loaders and other heavy equipment, for snow removal.
• Follow designated routes to clear roads, parking lots, and pathways.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment (greasing, cleaning, etc.).
• Track and report progress using apps/software.
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely and efficient snow removal.
• What We’re Looking For:
• Experience operating Front-End Loaders, Heavy Machinery, or similar equipment.
• Availability during snowstorms, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Basic tech skills for reporting.
