Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of construction-related skills and experience, enabling them to perform various tasks across multiple trades. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team on diverse projects.MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENSE, TOOLS, VEHICLE
Duties
Perform construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
Engage in concrete forming, finishing, and restoration projects as needed.
Execute flooring installation, tile laying, drywall installation, and plastering tasks.
Operate heavy equipment when required for specific projects.
Collaborate with team members on remodeling and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion.
Install cabinets, doors, glass fixtures, and perform trim carpentry as part of finishing work.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Proficiency in construction management and estimating processes.
Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project documentation.
Hands-on experience in various trades including plumbing, electrical work, roofing, concrete forming, masonry, welding, hardscape installation, and restoration.
Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
Experience with caulking, stucco application, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, construction painting, and other related tasks.
A strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices is essential. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the trades and eager to contribute their skills to a dynamic team environment.

Pay: $600.00 – $2,300.00 per week
