- Overview:
- We’re seeking a skilled Handyman to support ongoing renovation projects and make-ready work for investor-owned homes. This role involves a mix of painting, drywall, carpentry, and light plumbing or electrical repairs to bring residential properties to move-in condition.
- Responsibilities
- – Complete residential rehab and maintenance work including painting, drywall repair, trim, flooring, and fixture replacements.
- – Perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs such as faucet, outlet, and light fixture swaps.
- – Troubleshoot and resolve general repair needs to meet rental or sale-ready standards.
- – Communicate effectively with supervisors, document work, and travel within the assigned service area around the Springfield GA area.
- Requirements
- – Approximately 5+ years of residential handyman or remodeling experience, or equivalent work under an experienced tradesperson.
- – Strong skills in painting, drywall, carpentry, and basic mechanical systems like electrical/plumbing.
- – Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- – Must be able to pass a background check
