Job Detail
- Perform various tasks such as framing, drywall installation, trim, flooring, cabinetry, deck and fence builds, additions, and other home remodel projects.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with minor electrical work and plumbing.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while adhering to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site to promote safety and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Skills
- Extensive experience in residential construction – 5 years required, 10 years preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments.
- Knowledge of the residential renovation/construction industry standards as well as general construction practices across multiple trades.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
- Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety compliance.
- Ability to communicate with and work alongside various team members, contractors, and homeowners.
- Has reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage time well.
- Attention to detail.
