Job Detail
- Drive daily production — no wasted time, no slow workflow
- Hold mechanics accountable to quality, speed, and professionalism
- Assign and track every job to ensure deadlines are met
- Own the shop floor — organization, cleanliness, and safety
- Deliver results — no excuses, no drama
- Communicate clearly with office, manager, and customers
- Inspect every repair before trucks leave the yard
- Eliminate delays and keep jobs moving
- Protect company tools, equipment, and standards
- Be the example of discipline, consistency, and leadership
- You are the engine that keeps the entire operation running at peak performance.

- Strong leadership presence
- Mechanic or shop experience (diesel preferred)
- Highly organized — you run the floor like a system
- Excellent communication skills

- Reliable, consistent, and professional
- Fast learner
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
