Job Detail
  • Training Period (90 days): Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Regular Hours: Monday–Thursday | 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM
  • 3-Day Weekend Every Week! (Fridays Off)
  • Second Shift Differential: +$4/hour on top of base pay
  • What You’ll Be Doing: Building walls, roofs, and floors in our modern, climate-controlled facility
  • Working with framing, sheathing, insulation, air sealing, and bundling
  • Installing windows and doors
  • Operating CNC machinery and forklifts
  • What You Bring: A desire to learn and apply innovative, sustainable building techniques
  • Carpentry, woodworking, or construction experience (we pay for experience!)
  • Comfort using tools, reading measurements, and working with your hands
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • CNC or AutoCAD experience is a plus Why You’ll Love It Here: $4/hour shift differential—earn more every hour
