Job Detail
- Flexible pay structure: $16-$50 per flag hour or hourly based on experience certifications
- Relocation assistance for qualified applicants
- Paid factory training, mentorship from master techs, and clear paths to level up
- Facilities equipped with OEM-required specialty tools What You’ll Do: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft depending on skill level
- Work with our experienced team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe
- Follow all OEM procedures using specialized tools and resources (provided by the facility)
- Keep customers riding safely and confidently by delivering quality work
- Stay current with training and certifications (paid for by us)
- Requirements:
- Who We’re Looking For:
- We’re hiring A, B, and entry-level C Techs—if you meet 1or more of the criteria below, you could be a great fit: Graduated from MMI or similar program, or have real-world mechanical experience
- 1+ years working as a technician or strong mechanical aptitude and ready to learn
- OEM certifications and master tech experience (preferred but not required)
- Must own a basic set of mechanics tools (comprehensive set of tools preferred)
- Motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record (required for test rides)
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
- Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
