Job Detail

- Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and HVAC system maintenance.
- Familiarity with power tools and general maintenance procedures.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing systems related to commercial buildings.
- Ability to write routine reports and maintain accurate service records. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in HVAC technology or related field.
- Experience working with commercial HVAC systems in a service capacity.
- Additional training or certification in plumbing or electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance best practices.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Responsibilities: Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC and related systems to restore functionality and ensure safety.
- Utilize power tools and specialized equipment to conduct maintenance, repairs, and installations in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, plumbing, and general building infrastructure to prevent breakdowns.
- Write clear and concise routine reports and correspondence documenting service activities, findings, and recommendations.
- Respond promptly to service calls, diagnose issues accurately, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize work orders and maintain service schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance and repair activities. Skills:
