Job Detail
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain power and manual wheelchairs, patient lifts, hospital beds, and related mobility/accessibility devices
  • Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections on patient and rental equipment
  • Assemble, deliver, and install durable medical equipment (DME) in client homes or healthcare settings
  • Accurately document service activities, maintenance records, and part usage
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with users, caregivers, and team members
  • Maintain tools, parts, and workspace in a clean and organized condition
  • Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines for handling and servicing medical devices
  • Participate in training and development to enhance product and service knowledge
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in mechanical repair, electronics, or related field preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Dependable, customer-focused, and safety-conscious
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift or move up to 75 lbs safely
