Job Detail
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
- HVAC installation experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Apartment maintenance experience is a plus
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Passing a criminal background check required
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Initiative and customer service skill
Job Responsibilities
Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner- Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling
- Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned
