- Opportunity for advancement Service Manager – Rooter King Plumbers (Marietta, GA) Rooter King Plumbers is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead our growing service team. This is a hands-on leadership role for some1with strong plumbing experience and the ability to manage technicians, improve operations, and support daily field activity. What You’ll Do Lead and coach service technicians and apprentices Manage daily scheduling, dispatching, and job workflow Run service calls when needed and assist on complex jobs Oversee fleet, tools, equipment, and inventory Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Track performance metrics, callbacks, and team productivity Partner with ownership and office staff to improve operations Support revenue goals, pricing, and process improvements
- What We’re Looking For 4+ years of professional plumbing experience required
- Previous leadership experience required (Lead tech, foreman, supervisor, etc.)Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to coach, hold team members accountable, and maintain standards Reliable, organized, and comfortable making decisions Desire to grow with the company as we scale
