- Skills:
- Experience safely operating excavators and backhoes to dig around existing underground utilities, cut and fill to grade, excavate, backfill to the desired compaction, and install septic systems.
- Be able to accurately read and execute as-built plans or drawings.
- Must have a strong work ethic, safety-first attitude, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to accurately calculate grades and layout excavations including efficient and accurate staking.
- Can perform routine labor operations as needed or required.
- Ability to perform a thorough daily equipment inspection.
- License/Certification:
- Driver’s License (Required).
