- Willingness to travel overnight as needed for projects Key Responsibilities Qualifications: Must have more than 1-2 years or more of experience in the security integration industry
- Experience installing low-voltage wiring and security devices, including but not limited to burglar alarm sensors, panels, keypads, electronic door access components, and surveillance cameras.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting various server and client software.
- Competent understanding of low-voltage wiring and network infrastructure.
- Assist in the installation of wiring, hardware, and software for security systems
- Ensure all installations are completed in a clean, professional manner with a focus on organized wiring and accessible equipment placement
- Troubleshoot advanced issues and document through service notes
- Mentor inexperience staff and assist Service when needed
- Maintain a neat and professional workspace and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent. technical certifications are a plus
- Extensive knowledge of all required hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed
