Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, structural, or chemical preferred).
Job Detail
- Lead and manage engineering aspects of complex projects, preferably in industrial, municipal utilities, water treatment, or process industries
- Specify, size, and procure equipment; collaborate closely with procurement departments
- Maintain strong communication with third-party engineering firms and vendors
- Direct, coordinate, and communicate with construction teams to ensure successful project completion
- Provide hands-on support during all stages of project execution
- Travel occasionally to project sites (covered by the company)

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, structural, or chemical preferred) - Experience in anaerobic digestion or related process industries highly desired
- Minimum of 7 years relevant project engineering experience
- Strong decision-making, hands-on project execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in fluid mechanics and working with complex process systems is highly advantageous
- Must be able to work on-site in South California
- Experience with direct project execution rather than a focus on pure project or business management
