Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, structural, or chemical preferred).

Job Detail
  • Lead and manage engineering aspects of complex projects, preferably in industrial, municipal utilities, water treatment, or process industries
  • Specify, size, and procure equipment; collaborate closely with procurement departments
  • Maintain strong communication with third-party engineering firms and vendors
  • Direct, coordinate, and communicate with construction teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Provide hands-on support during all stages of project execution
  • Travel occasionally to project sites (covered by the company)


  • What We’re Looking For:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, civil, structural, or chemical preferred)
  • Experience in anaerobic digestion or related process industries highly desired
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant project engineering experience
  • Strong decision-making, hands-on project execution, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in fluid mechanics and working with complex process systems is highly advantageous
  • Must be able to work on-site in South California
  • Experience with direct project execution rather than a focus on pure project or business management
