Job Detail
- ESCO Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certified Universal Refrigerant Qualification, Electrician’s License, Plumbing License or in lieu of certification and license, 7 years’ of relevant facilities experience performing electrical, plumbing HVAC or construction work
- Five years of experience in commercial or industrial facilities maintenance
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of equipment
- Experience using hand tools and power equipment
- Experience in commercial or industrial facilities maintenance
- Valid government issued driver’s license and driving record clear of offenses
- Willingness to work in confined spaces and/or on elevated platforms and ladders
- Must be willing to lift boxes and or equipment weighing 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of building codes (electrical, plumbing, Heating/Ventilating Air Conditioning [HVAC], and building)
- License, Degree or certificate from technical college or Trade School preferred HVAC experience strongly preferred Work Location The work location for this position will be full-time onsite.
