- Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in residential and some commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. In addition:
- Arrive at jobsites timely as scheduled when dispatched
- Report to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsites
- Communicate with customers and collect C.O.D. on maintenance visits as directed
- Ability to work staggered schedule if required
- Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
- Complete all service-related forms properly
- Provide all customers with new / renewal maintenance agreement program information Inform and educate customers on additional products or services available through company for positive outcomes
- Inform customer of replacement options following company guidelines
- Ability to provide commercial maintenance and demand service on basic commercial property
- Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- 5+ years experience as an HVAC Technician
- Familiarity with refrigeration systems
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record is required
