$40 – $52 an hour

Diploma in releted field is required

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including hot water, DX units, chillers, cooling towers, fan systems, VFDs, and low voltage controls
• Perform inspections, start ups, commissioning, and preventative maintenance
• Support clients with clear communication and technical guidance
• Provide knowledge transfer to junior techs or team members when needed
• Identify service opportunities that improve system performance
• Maintain accurate service records using mobile tools and company software
• Travel within the assigned region, overnight stays only when required
• What You Bring
• Five or more years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments
• Strong ability with VRV and VRF systems and experience with Daikin equipment
• Refrigeration service background and EPA certification
• Valid HVAC license
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to seventy 5pounds and work in tight or elevated spaces
