Employment Achievements is required

• Diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems (gas/oil furnaces, heat pumps, ACs, mini-splits, etc.)
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor for service and maintenance technicians.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance, recommendations, and care.
• Perform quality assurance checks and ensure all work meets company and code standards.
• Provide field leadership — assisting with troubleshooting, training, and performance feedback.
• Support scheduling and dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes within the company’s CRM (FieldEdge experience a plus).
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service.
• Work closely with management to identify improvement opportunities and assist in developing standard operating procedures.
• Requirements
• Required:
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
• Strong technical knowledge and advanced diagnostic skills
• EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with HVAC tools, gauges, meters, and service software (FieldEdge preferred)
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Professional appearance and team-first attitude
• Preferred:
• NATE Certification or other advanced industry credentials
• Experience mentoring or training junior technicians
• Knowledge of local HVAC/mechanical codes and best practices
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) registration
