My client is one of the most trusted construction partners for many of the worlds leading luxury brands
- For almost 40 years, they have completed c 600 projects, including almost 40 on Rodeo Drive, showcasing their reputation in high-end retail and hospitality
Most of their work is in Southern California (LA / San Diego)- However, they also follow their client into Texas and Arizona
- Clients include Burberry, Cartier, Chanel, Dior, Gucci, LV, Rolex, Tiffancy & Co, Moncler, Fendi and many more
As their business keeps up with demand from their repeat client base, they now need a specialist Senior Estimator to help lead the cost estimation process for multi-million dollar construction projects- You will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver detailed and strategic estimates that support project success from concept to contract
