Job Detail
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial settings, adhering to NEC standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute project plans accurately.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues.
- Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low-voltage systems, and high-voltage wiring as required.
- Perform renovation and construction tasks involving electrical wiring, conduit installation, and system upgrades.
- Maintain safety protocols on construction sites and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople such as framers or carpenters for seamless project execution.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical systems to prevent failures.
- Requirements
- Proven experience as a residential or commercial electrician
- Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills.
- Commitment to Safety and Quality Workmanship.
- Willingness to Comply with all of our company’s service regulations, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and schematic diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g, screwdrivers, pliers), power tools (e.g, drills), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment.
- All Necessary Professional Tools and Equipment to perform standard and complex electrical service work.
- Knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards applicable to electrical work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments including renovation projects or new construction sites.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Reliable Service Vehicle (Van, truck, etc.) suitable for transporting tools and materials.
- NO STATE OR BUSINESS LICENSE REQUIRED
