- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
- Observe and report any security-related irregularities, suspicious activities, or hazards encountered while on patrol.
- Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities in accordance with established protocols when incidents or emergencies arise.
- Assist visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by providing directions, information, and support as appropriate within the location.
- Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents, documenting observations and actions taken during assigned shifts. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age.
- Able to ride a bike.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles. 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
