  • EMPLOYMENT BEGINS: As soon as possible
  • PRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for installation, setup, programming, maintenance, and repair of all security cameras, DVR’s, and security surveillance system software.
  • QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate degree in computer science, programing, technology, or related field preferred
  • Valid Texas driver’s license
  • SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Knowledge of network cabling and network protocols.
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented and able to work within a high pressure environment.
  • Possess effective communication, public relation and interpersonal skills.
  • EXPERIENCE: Have direct experience with the installation and servicing of security surveillance systems.
  • Have experience with installation of IP based security systems.
  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Install and maintain security system cameras and surveillance systems within the district.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • WORKING CONDITIONS: Mental Demands: Able to work in high pressure environment
  • Physical demands/environmental factors: Able to work overtime as needed
