Job Detail
- A flexible team player who will thrive in our fast-paced environment who can switch between multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with heights while on power equipment raising self, equipment, and merchandise up to 40ft in the air
- Previous Power Equipment experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology
- Open to being cross trained in other areas of the facility, depending on business needs
- Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform Lifting and moving items weighing up to 75lbs.
- Prolonged periods (up to 12 hours) of standing/walking around the facility or department (excluding breaks).
- This position requires lifting, constant and repetitive movement, standing, reaching with arms and hands above eye level, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to use, hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on the warehouse floor. Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll. Colleagues will be randomly selected for testing by a third party. Testing must be completed on the same workday the colleague is informed of selection for testing, absent extenuating circumstances. In all circumstances, testing must be completed within 24 hours of notification.
