Job Detail
- Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations.
- Produce accurate computer printed scale tickets for trucks.
- Assist customers with purchase decisions.
- Respond to customer questions and teleph1calls.
- Assist loaders and haulers when needed.
- Maintain cash, COD records and daily reports.
- Miscellaneous office work and scale/scale house maintenance.
- Assure correct w8and correct product out of pit.
- Provide aggregate dispatch and customer service.
- Assist with Quarry Manager with QC duties.
- Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
- Go-Getter mentality is a must!
- Customer service experience is a plus!
- Previous experience in the construction/aggregate industry is a plus!
- Good understanding of computers and simple math, such as addition, subtraction, and division.
- Detail-oriented and accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision while always having a team-mentality
- Excellent verbal and writ10communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to handle and perform under pressure from multiple demands
