AXS SOLUTIONS is a small and growing Scaffold company in Virginia and Florida. We are looking for skilled Scaffold Professionals to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Scaffold Builder, Leads, and Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing and erecting scaffolding, as well as performing routine maintenance and inspections. This is a physically demanding job, so the ideal candidate must be able to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
Assemble and erect scaffolding systems in accordance with safety regulations.
Inspect scaffolding to ensure it is secure and safe for use.
Securely attach components to the structure using hand tools and power tools.
Ensure that all safety measures are taken when working at heights.
Maintain and repair scaffolding as needed.
Perform regular inspections of scaffolding systems to ensure they are in good condition.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 to 5 years’ experience with system scaffolding.
Basic knowledge of scaffolding installation.
Ability to start and complete erection of scaffolding to all required safety standards.
Must have all required tools for the job.
Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
Clean background.
Physically fit, able to climb scaffolding and lift, handle, pass, and carry up to 75 pounds.
High School graduates/GED preferred.
Must provide own steel-toe boots.
Must be able to obtain a Government facility security pass.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $36.00 per hour
