You choose how you earn:We offer two compensation options to fit your needs:
Choose 100% commission from day one if you’re ready to run fast and earn big right away.
Or start on a guaranteed pay structure: $500/week for your first four weeks ($2,000 total) while still earning commission. It’s designed to give you stability as you ramp up, and only a small portion is repaid through future commissions (20%) after your first month.

We specialize in insurance restoration roofing. That means you’re offering homeowners real value: a fully covered roof replacement with minimal out-of-pocket cost. Roofing is a need, not a want—especially in Arizona, where 25-year-old roofs are aging out fast and monsoon season is around the corner. This is the perfect storm for sales success.

Responsibilities
Acquire new accounts through door-to-door outreach and phone prospecting
Identify roof damage caused by wind or hail
Meet with insurance adjusters on-site and advocate for homeowners
Guide clients through the insurance claims process
Provide clear expectations around timelines, project quality, and outcomes
Manage projects from sale to completion—be the face of the job from start to finish
