Looking for sub contractors to join a newer construction company building homes and doing residential work(decks, siding, metal buildings) i’ve been building +/-1hr of the surrounding madison area for the last 10 years and decided to start my own llc in janurary.

$25 – $40 an hour

• Looking for sub contractors to join a newer construction company building homes and doing residential work(decks, siding, metal buildings) I’ve been building +/-1hr of the surrounding Madison area for the last 10 years and decided to start my own LLC in Janurary. We have plenty of work lined up, and would like to add another guy or two.
• Hours are M-F 7:30-4:30 (sometimes later)
• Must be reliableHave transportationBe able to perform physical tasks. (Heavy Lifting)Climb ladders/ Be on roofs
• Physically fit. (Wear a toolbelt loaded with fasteners 9hrs a day, while carrying lumber on uneven terrain)
• Willing to learn.Work hardWork well with a team of men 25-35 years old
• Having own tools is a huge plus and will be factored into wages, but not needed.
• Will be outside 80% of time, so must be able to get around and handle the elements of Wisconsin. (Yes we will be outside building in the middle of winter/ Have been outside in the middle of the heat all summer)
• Will train the right candidates, but will also pay the right experienced carpenter. Small carpentry company looking to expand, but need more guys with the right attitude.
• Can be very hard work some days but also very rewarding.
• Pay is based on experience.Paid weekly, after your first week.
• Will gladly show you how to get your own health insurance vision and dental. I’ll give a raise after 3 months to cover/help cover the cost of your health insurance, dental and vision if you are a good fit.
