What You’ll Do & Learn
As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative, you’ll receive
detailed, hands-on training
in all aspects of the job, including:

Learn and use the CRM system
for project management and reporting
Meet with
insurance companies
for adjustments and negotiations
Conduct
door-to-door canvassing
to generate new business
Train and support canvassers in
sales techniques
Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain the
restoration process
Carry out physical tasks such as lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders, and walking on roofs
Build
familiarity with roofing and siding materials
and installation techniques
Create detailed reports, scope of work, and contracts for homeowners
Upsell warranties and additional services to improve homes
Follow pricing sheets and guidelines for accurate estimates
Attend regular
in-house meetings and training sessions
Maintain a positive, professional, and
drama-free work environment
Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
What We Offer
100% commission-based pay
: earn $120K$300K+, with
top sales reps making $500K+ annually
Revenue-based commission plus bonuses
(monthly and quarterly)
All sales must be sold at the costs provided to our sales reps;
additional upgrades
can be sold for added income

Qualifications
Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computers and software applications
Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and walking on roofs
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Insurance coverage including workers’ comp and general liability
Own basic equipment (Cougar Paws, tape measure, chalk, iPad with Internet access)
Preferred
