We’re looking for a Roofing Service Sales Rep who knows how to build trust, close deals, and grow long-term accounts. Someone who’s as comfortable walking a roof as they are walking a client through a maintenance program.
What You’ll Do
Identify and pursue new opportunities for service, repair, and maintenance work.
Build lasting relationships with property owners, business owners, and facility managers.
Conduct inspections, document roof conditions, and prepare proposals that make sense.
Present service and maintenance agreements — not pressure pitches.
Work with our Service Manager to schedule, oversee, and deliver on every job you sell.
Follow up after completion to ensure clients are happy (and calling you again next year).

What You Bring
Experience in commercial or residential roofing sales, ideally service & maintenance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, self-driven mindset — you know how to find and close opportunities.
Professionalism, accountability, and pride in representing a company that does it right.

Compensation: Base + Performance Bonus (no cap)
