We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. Duties
As a Crew Member, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in various construction projects, including roofing, remodeling, and restoration work
Utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as framing, masonry, and concrete forming
Performing carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing
Engaging in heavy lifting and physical labor as required on the job site
Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
Experience with various hand tools and power tools used in construction
Familiarity with roofing techniques.
Previous construction site experience is highly desirable
Strong understanding of safety protocols within the construction environment
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on physically demanding tasks
