Roofing Branch Sales Manager

Busy east coast roofing company currently seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Manager interested in joining our industry-leading roofing sales team! As a company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship, the responsiveness of our team, and the level of customer support we provide. From the office to the field, you will get the same level of customer service at every phase.
We are looking for eager, competitive, passionate and goal-oriented candidates with prior roofing sales and insurance claims experience. There is unlimited earning potential for this position.
Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
Manage and develop sales team
Meet and set weekly and monthly sales goals for the team and individually
Participation in ongoing training on a weekly basis
Must be able to complete roof and property inspections
Manage multiple projects at a time
Detail oriented
Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
Handle client issues as they arise
Job Skills and Qualifications
5 years roofing sales experience is required. Must have insurance roofing knowledge and retail sales experience as well.
Sharp Computer skills. Smart phone.
4+ years of team management experience
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
Must be comfortable following an office routine daily
Must be available to assist reps in the field during prime time
