Busy east coast roofing company currently seeking a motivated and experienced roofing sales manager interested in joining our industry-leading roofing sales team! as a company, we pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship, the responsiveness of our team, and the level of customer support we provide.

Professional Track Record is required

• Manage and develop sales team
• Meet and set weekly and monthly sales goals for the team and individually
• Participation in ongoing training on a weekly basis
• Must be able to complete roof and property inspections
• Manage multiple projects at a time
• Detail oriented
• Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
• Continually analyze the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework
• Handle client issues as they arise
• Job Skills and Qualifications
• 5 years roofing sales experience is required. Must have insurance roofing knowledge and retail sales experience as well.
• Sharp Computer skills. Smart phone.
• 4+ years of team management experience
• Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
• Must be comfortable following an office routine daily
• Must be available to assist reps in the field during prime time
