Roofing Advisor – Outside Sales (Residential Roofing)
RoofX is growing fast and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our in-home sales team as a Roofing Advisor. If you have experience in residential sales, home improvement, or field-based B2C sales, this is your chance to join a company with big momentum, qualified leads, and real support.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct in-home sales presentations for residential roofing projects
Perform roof inspections and create custom estimates using digital tools (RoofSnap, JobNimbus)
Close sales on the first visit when possible using proven one-call-close methods
Manage your pipeline, appointments, and follow-ups through a CRM system
Collaborate with inside sales, production, and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience

Who You Are:
1+ year of outside sales or in-home sales experience (roofing, solar, HVAC, pest control, windows, alarms, or similar)
Strong closer with a consultative selling approach
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM software
Able to climb roofs, walk slopes, and work in all weather
Professional communicator who builds trust quickly
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and smartphone/tablet proficiency
