• Providing repairs and maintenance for multiple types of roofing applications
• Managing a service truck and leading an assistant technician
• Must have experience Heat Welding
• Keeping tools, equipment, and the vehicle organized, clean, and stocked to be productive and hit scheduled goals
• Updating administrative systems to keep the company operating smoothly
• Providing repairs and maintenance for multiple types of roofing applications: EPDM, PVC, and Shingles
• Working on a team with a lead technician
• Performing all roofing-related duties i.e., ripping roof, laying insulation, adhering membrane, heat welding, etc Skills: Minimum 3 years of roofing experience in Commercial and/or Residential roofing
• Ability to problem solve in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated and desire to grow continuously
• Positive attitude and desire to contribute
• Valid driver’s license AND clean driving record Compensation: $25 – $35 an hour based on experience
