Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for roofing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine project specifications.
- Assist in concrete forming, framing carpentry, and other construction-related activities as needed.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Engage in restoration projects that may involve caulking, painting framing .
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of roofing projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or roofing is essential. prior construction site experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and project management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to roofing projects.
- Strong skills in carpentry, metal stud framing,
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail for quality workmanship.
