Job Detail
- Perform installations of roof flashings and items that penetrant new construction homes according to project specifications.
- Execute trim carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct caulking and sealing of joints and seams for weatherproofing and aesthetic purposes where necessary.
- Collaborate with the construction team on-site to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- You absolutely need to be comfortable being on your ladders, roofs and be comfortable with heights.
- Experience
- Proven experience in trim carpentry, power and hand tools, roofing experience and wood work is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
