The Opportunity
Rhino Tech USA is expanding its Residential Partner Network across Metro Atlanta.
We’re looking for independent roofing partners who want to build their own book of business with full company support — no office time, no quotas, no micromanagement.
If you’re confident talking to homeowners and want to earn $2,500 – $6,000 per roof, this is your lane.
Do Not Apply Unless:
You’re comfortable working commission-only.
You’re willing to self-generate leads (doors, referrals, social).
You’ve sold something successfully before.Roofing experience helps, but we’ll train closers from related industries like solar, pest control, alarms, and auto.
You’re based in Metro Atlanta or can work nearby.
What You’ll Earn
50/50 profit split on every completed job
Typical commissions $2,500 – $6,000 per deal
Weekly direct-deposit payouts
First-year potential $100K – $150K +
Top performers exceed $200K
What We Handle
Permits · supplements · estimating · production · billing
Crews · materials · collections · admin systems
You sell — we build and pay weekly
What You’ll Do
Generate leads (doors, referrals, social, realtors)
Inspect roofs (training provided)
Guide homeowners through the process
Close the deal — we handle everything else
What You Need
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Willingness to self-generate leads daily
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Roofing or construction experience preferred
Based in Metro Atlanta
