About the Role:
We are hiring skilled tradesmen or small restoration crews capable of handling all aspects of property restoration. Whether you’re a one-man operation or a tight crew, if you can deliver quality work across multiple trades, we want to work with you.
Compensation:
$40,000 – $50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients
Work Includes:
Carpentry and framing
Drywall installation and texture
Painting and finishing
Flooring installation (tile, vinyl, wood, etc.)
Roofing, light electrical, and plumbing repairs
Exterior and interior restoration work
Qualifications:
Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills
You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills
Great phone presence with a closer mentality
Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus
Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Requirements:
Proven experience in multiple construction trades
Reliable transportation and tools
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
