• Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations
• Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up
• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business
• Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close
• An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients Work Includes: Carpentry and framing
• Drywall installation and texture
• Painting and finishing
• Flooring installation (tile, vinyl, wood, etc.)
• Roofing, light electrical, and plumbing repairs
