Job Detail
- Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to completion.
- Drive to multiple job sites to monitor progress and ensure quality work.
- Communicate directly with clients, always keeping their best interests in mind.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and all project documentation.
- Read, interpret, and apply construction and restoration plans accurately.
- Track and report project costing, including materials, labor, and subcontractor expenses.
- Ensure all trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.) are working efficiently and safely.
- Address issues promptly while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Balance multiple projects and priorities while keeping operations running smoothly.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restoration industry
- Working knowledge of all trades and restoration processes
- Strong customer service skills with a client-first mindset
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with restoration project documentation and permitting is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (travel to job sites required)
