Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Job Detail
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience in Golf Carts, Lawn Mowers, String Trimmers, Pruners, Rakes, Shovels
- A valid, current driver’s license.
- Strong guest service skills: ability to work well with the public, coworkers, supervisors, etc., while displaying a consistent guest/customer service-oriented attitude.
- Machines/Tools/Equipment:
- Basic hand tools, electric tools, wood saw, drill, grinder.
- Working Conditions:
- Must work in outdoor environments and attics in temperatures over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Must be able to work in close spaces (attics and under buildings). Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying are required to perform inspections and repairs. 100% mobility is required in all areas of the hotel property and grounds. Carrying up and down staircases equipment. Climbing on ladders and working on the roof as needed. Travel between properties, noise when working with power tools, some smell when using acetone, paint, bleach.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions and SW Florida temperatures
- Able to stand, walk, and drive for over 6 hours.
- · Frequent bending kneeling required to inspect repair equipment.
- Able to lift and carry up 75 lbs/50 lbs- Heavy Work
- Able to use his/her upper extremities for repetitive- (Simple Grasping, Pushing/Pulling, Fine Manipulation)

The employee is also expected to perform other duties and functions as required.
