Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and pipes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layout of plumbing systems.
- Perform heavy lifting as required for the installation of plumbing equipment.
- Weld pipes as necessary to ensure secure connections.
- Assemble and install plumbing components according to specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or needed repairs.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Experience with heavy lifting. must be physically fit for demanding tasks.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting tools and materials.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
