Job Detail
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete tasks
- Perform remodeling and renovation work related to plumbing systems as needed
- Conduct inspections of existing plumbing infrastructure to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC for integrated project execution
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment required for installation and repair work
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols on construction sites
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about project status and recommendations
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, remodeling, or maintenance person services
- Knowledge of construction site procedures, blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical systems
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing installations
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not required
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site travel and material transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
- Prior experience with construction or remodeling projects involving carpentry or assembly is advantageous
