Position Overview
We are looking for a Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing plumbing issues, selling/communicating plumbing solutions to meet customer needs, and installing residential plumbing systems, such as water heaters, piping, fixtures, and other related equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, customer service minded, professional communicator, and passionate about providing excellent service to customers.
Responsibilities
Home plumbing inspections to diagnose root issues.
Selling customers guided solutions to solve plumbing issues.
Install plumbing systems, water heaters, fixtures, and piping in new and existing buildings
Ensure installations meet safety standards and local plumbing codes
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Provide excellent customer service and represent Ability Plumbing professionally on every job
set-up sales experts to do inline camera inspections or run them independently
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
Qualifications
Minimum 2 of plumbing experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, crawl spaces, heights)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $20.00 – $40.00 per hour
