Job Brief
We’re seeking a skilled plumber to maintain and repair plumbing systems in tenant-occupied properties.
Salary Detail
$21 – $25 an hour

- Compensation:
- $21 – $25 hourly Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential properties
- Perform snake/camera drain services when needed
- Diagnose plumbing problems accurately and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems in the area
- Safely and effectively utilize plumbing tools and equipment in accordance with local codes
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients
- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times while performing a work order
- Qualifications: Previous work experience as a plumbing technician is a must
- Possesses proficiency in comprehending and working with plumbing systems and equipment
- Ability to accurately interpret blueprints
- Skilled in effectively solving problems and troubleshooting various plumbing issues
- Strong emphasis on work ethic and meticulous attention to detail is required
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
