Residential HVAC Service Technician

Overview
We’re seeking a residential HVAC service technician to handle a high volume of service requests. You’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair home HVAC systems while delivering professional, customer-friendly service in occupied homes. Commercial refrigeration experience is a plus but not required for this role.
Responsibilities
– Perform residential HVAC diagnostics and complete repairs safely and correctly.
– Communicate findings, options, and next steps clearly to customers and office staff.
– Follow work orders and basic instructions accurately; document work performed.
– Represent the company professionally on-site with strong customer service and hygiene.
Requirements
– At least 3 years of prior hands-on HVAC experience
– Ability to run basic diagnostics and/or execute repairs independently.
– EPA 608 certification preferred; ability/willingness to obtain if not yet certified (testing support available).
– Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism when entering customers’ homes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Work Location: In person
