- SPIFFs opportunities! Job Title: Residential HVAC Service Technician
- Pay: $28 to $40 per hour, depending on experience. Uncapped earning potential
- Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime
- What you will be doing: Provide proper diagnoses on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
- Perform routine maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial air conditioning systems
- Complete repairs for diagnosed systems in a precise and thorough manner
- Provide proper and clear communication on diagnoses/recommendations and invoicing for customer and service manager
- Provide excellent customer service and follow company policies and procedures as stated in the employee handbook
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- 3+ years’ experience as a Service Technician
- EPA Universal
- Experience in consulting customers repairs and products
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Knowledge of TRANE equipment a plus!
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- NATE Certifications or acquire during employment
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
