Salary Detail
$19.23 – $24.04 an hour

Job Detail
- Perform routine repairs (basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing)
- Maintain home systems, fixtures, and general functionality
- Seasonal upkeep and preventative maintenance
- Gardening Landscaping
- Care for lawns, flowerbeds, shrubs, trees, and gardens
- Pruning, planting, weeding, watering, and fertilizing
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Groundskeeping
- Keep walkways, patios, and outdoor areas clean and safe
- Light irrigation maintenance
- Maintain outdoor structures and general property appearance
- Assist with storm preparation and cleanup as needed
- Additional Duties
- Work independently with strong attention to detail
- Organize supplies, tools, and small inventory
- Provide occasional support with pets and animals (basic comfort level required)
- Requirements
- Prior experience as a handyman, groundskeeper, gardener, or similar role
- Strong general repair skills
- Knowledge of landscaping, plant care, and outdoor maintenance
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Able to lift and perform physical work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license
