Qualifications

Job Detail
  • Competitive pay: $35 to $50 per hour based on experience

  • What You Will Do Lead residential remodel and installation projects while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
  • Train, coach, and support apprentices and technicians to create a positive crew environment
  • Complete and guide all phases of electrical work including layout, installation, troubleshooting, and finish
  • Coordinate with project managers, warehouse, and operations to keep jobs on schedule
  • Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with NEC and company standards
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and partners to ensure a great customer experience
  • What You Bring At least 3 years of residential or light commercial electrical experience
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small crew
  • Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and plan work efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to commute to Milwaukee, WI
