Job Detail
- Competitive pay: $35 to $50 per hour based on experience

- What You Will Do Lead residential remodel and installation projects while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship
- Train, coach, and support apprentices and technicians to create a positive crew environment
- Complete and guide all phases of electrical work including layout, installation, troubleshooting, and finish
- Coordinate with project managers, warehouse, and operations to keep jobs on schedule
- Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with NEC and company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and partners to ensure a great customer experience
- What You Bring At least 3 years of residential or light commercial electrical experience
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
- Experience leading or mentoring a small crew
- Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and plan work efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to commute to Milwaukee, WI
